Jordan Murphy is a 200hr E-RYT, YA Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor, and a Trauma Conscious Yoga Instructor (TCYM), specializing in anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief & loss, + more.
She is the Founder of the Worcester BIPOC Yoga Collective, a yoga community focused on creating and holding healing spaces for those identifying as BIPOC in Central Massachusetts. This space is intended to be a safe and joyful container in which historically underserved and excluded populations can move, breath, and experience the practice of yoga.
