Tanya Moyer is the founder and principal farmer of Mulligan Creek Acres, a nearly 40-acre family farm, located in Upstate New York. Mulligan Creek Acres is a Holistically Managed, small scale diversified livestock farm. In addition to Mulligan Creek Acres, Tanya has founded and operates Mulligan Creek Market, Inc. an online retail platform for farm and artisan wares as well as the TAG Group, which sources and distributes local farm and artisan goods to active, retired, and disabled servicemen and women.

Tanya’s work has expanded to serving on Cornell University’s Basket to Pallets Educator Cohort for four years, presenting at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and the Connecticut Farm to School Conference. Tanya has worked for the past decade in mentoring beginning farmers, first with Holistic Management International’s, Beginning Women Farmer Program and now FACT’s (Food Animal Concerns Trust) nationwide mentorship program.
Tanya has over 20 years of professional experience in non-profit program administration, implementation, and operational management. When not working, volunteering, or traveling, Tanya can be found in Sprakers, New York with her partner, Ancel, their dog, Maxwell and cats, Alexis, Millicent, and Garfield.
