ABOUT UWO
United We Om (UWO) was co-founded in 2015 as a yoga and meditation non-profit, offering trauma-informed trainings and hiring yoga teachers from trauma-impacted backgrounds to share practice with their own communities. From 2015 - 2023, UWO shared practice with more than 25,000 participants from hundreds of communities and trained more than 1000 teachers.
